Debbie comes to stay

Debbie arrived last Wednesday for a few weeks, yey! great to see my sister again. Taz was running around like a loon, so pleased (I think hes forgotten that Debs used to be his vet!!)

Anyways its been a busy few days since Debs got here;

Thursday - Time for beers
Saturday - Picnic on Clontarf Beach (am) and Barbie back at our house (pm)
Sunday - into Sydney, weather was crappy though

and were off to Uluru and Cape Tribulation this week............... yey holidays :)

Gone fishin

Well its been a while since I went fishing (9 months) and Ive been suffering withdrawal symptoms, so I went and bought a rod.

Me and Paul went off to Spit Bridge for a spot of fishing. We didn't catch anything big enough to bring home, but it was relaxing as hell.

Not to be beaten by the fish, I went back the next day early for another go in a different spot (the other side of the bridge) and hey presto, a trevallie - not huge, but it did make a few nice steaks for the barbie we went to that night.
